A Licensed Professional

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with training in somatic work, IFS, Brainspotting, the enneagram and mindfulness-based approaches. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in corporate finance, which gives me a deep understanding of the pressure many high-functioning people carry behind the scenes.

My work helps clients build insight, emotional resilience, and lasting change, not just coping on the surface, but understanding what's happening underneath.
